Lagkas Thomas
Lagkas Thomas is an Aristotle University of Thessaloniki trained Forester and Environmentalist, Researcher, holder of a category 24 (Forest studies) and category 27 (Environmental studies) and a managing partner at “OLYMPOS CONSULTING”. He holds a Master's degree in Management and Internal Auditing from the City University of London, Cass Business School. Since 2006 he has been an external collaborator of "HELLENIC FORESTS PARTNERSHIP" consulting firm. and has participated in various Forest Management Studies, Forest Recreation Studies, Mountain Hydronomics Studies, Environmental Impact Studies, Pre-processing of satellite images (geometric correction, mosaic construction), studies with GIS software, Satellite imagery and project management services. He is an expert user of AutoCad, ArcGIS, Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, Macromedia Flash, Stattools, WinQSB, Macromedia Director, 3D Studio Max.
Oikonomou Alexios
He is an Aristotle University of Thessaloniki trained Forester and Environmentalist, Researcher, holder of a category 24 (Forest studies) and category 27 (Environmental studies) and a managing partner at “OLYMPOS CONSULTING”. Since 2007 he has worked as a freelancer (own office-personal enterprise) and has authored a variety of Forest Management Studies, Forest Road Studies, Forest Recreation Studies, Mountainous Water Management Studies, Environmental Impact Studies, Pre-processing of satellite imagery (geometric correction, mosaic construction), geometric urban and forestry maps using GIS software, satellite image analysis and project management services. He is expert user of AutoCad, ArcGIS, Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop software, ANADELTA TESSERA , POTAMIA ROH and a licensed UAS Pilot.
Dr. Zagkas Dimitrios
Nianios Elias
He is a Forester, Environmentalist, Researcher, holder of a category 24 (Forest studies) and category 27 (Environmental studies), partner at “OLYMPOS CONSULTING”, with participation in a number of studies. He has over 35 years of experience authoring studies and extensive experience in the preparation of forest (Forest Management Studies, Fire Protection Studies, Forest Road Construction, Reforestation, Forest Recreation, Mountain Hydronomics, etc.) and environmental studies. He has been major author and coordinator in more than 65 studies.
Gitsis Georgios
He is a Forester, Environmentalist, Researcher, holder of a category 24 (Forest studies) and category 27 (Environmental studies) degrees. He is a partner of “OLYMPOS CONSULTING”. He holds a master's degree in Spatial Analysis and Environmental Management, with a specialization in the use of Geographic Information Systems. From 2007 until today he has worked on a private basis or in collaboration with public and private sector bodies in environmental management, where he has participated in the preparation of Environmental Studies, drafting and updating of Forest Maps, drafting and updating Forestry Maps, land usage mapping through multi-criteria analysis, construction of decision-making systems through GIS. He specializes in the use of Geographic Information Systems in environmental management, forests and natural resources, related to the collection, processing and analysis of geospatial data, the development and management of databases, the extraction of results and reports and the production of maps and decision-making systems.
Dimitrios Pistikoudis
He is a Forester - Environmentalist, MSc. in the field of Forest Botany - Geobotany. He is a holder of a degree from the Department of Forestry and Natural Environment of AUTh from 2009 and, since 2014, a postgraduate diploma, from the same school, in the field of Forest Botany - Geobotany. From 2014 onwards he has been employed as an external partner at various consulting firms and has been a stable external collaborator since the founding of “OLYMPOS CONSULTING”. He has experience in collecting field data as well as authoring studies and is proficient at handling mapping software.
Maria Karamouza
She is a Forester – Environmentalist, holder of a degree from the Department of Forestry and Natural Environment of AUTh since 2016. Her field of work is that of mapping and estimation of environmental impacts. Since 2020 he has been working with “OLYMPOS CONSULTING”. She is proficient at using ArcGIS, QGIS, MS Office suite, etc.
Papagiannis Athanasios
He is a Forester, Environmentalist, Researcher, holder of a category 24 (Forest studies) and category 27 (Environmental studies). From 2003 to 2011 he served in Local Forest Services and the National Forest Administration with Fixed Term Private Law contracts. From 2011 to 2015 he took part in the elaboration of the Life+ AdaptFor project " Adaptation of forest management to climate change in Greece", while from 2015 he is Freelancer and from 2021 he has been a stable external collaborator of “OLYMPOS CONSULTING”. He has prepared a variety of Management studies, Forestry projects, Forest Recreation studies, Pre-processing of satellite images (geometric correction, construction of mosaics), Compilation of Forest and Forestry maps using GIS software and satellite image analysis. He is proficient at using AutoCad map, ArcGIS, Microsoft Office, Archicad, Map info and Adobe Photoshop software.
Markos Moutselis
He is an Aristotle University of Thessaloniki trained Civil Engineer. He is a partner of “OLYMPOS CONSULTING”. Since 2010 he has provided his research services on a private basis and since then he has authored a range of studies concerning construction permits, building permits, building code-violation settlements, radical renovations, indoor and outdoor construction and the supervision of works. During his professional career he has collaborated with a variety of construction and design firms. He has an excellent level of English (Proficiency-C2), a satisfactory level of German (Zertificat-B1) and is skilled at MS Office, as well as Autocad, Fespa IV, SAP etc.
